24-7 pROGRAM

The Sheriff's Office provides criminal defendants the ability to maintain their sobriety throughout their court proceedings by allowing them to participate in the 24-7 Program.  

Our office provides services such as the Transdermal Drug Patch, SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Bracelet, and Remote Breath Monitoring. 

The costs for participation in the 24-7 Program are as follows:

• Drug Patch = $50.00 every 14 days
• SCRAM Bracelet = $40.00 Activation Fee, $40.00 Deactivation Fee, and $6.00 per day.  (Two Week Advanced Payment Required)
• Remote Breath Monitoring = $40.00 Activation Fee, $40.00 Deactivation Fee, and $5.00 per day.  (Two Week Advanced Payment Required)
